WATCH DOGS: GAME REVIEW

In the year 2003, a dissatisfied employee at New York power plant secretly implanted a virus in the company's computer system and walked away, which led to overloading and failure of a grid which took the form of a massive blackout which disrupted power lines and communication to entire northeastern US affecting many states and people, it even resulted in hundreds of injured and even a small number of people dead in the dark because of panic attack. 10 years later, a system is developed called "CtOS" (Centralized Operating System) which simplified these complex connections, it connected entire cities into one gigantic network. Everything from traffic lights to financial transactions to power distribution everything is automated controlled by central computers and computers that runCtOS are owned by selfish powerful corporations who are interested in collecting the massive "data shadows" of every person which includes preferences, thoughts, like, dislikes and all the personal details of a person for uses from selling products to influencing worldviews about their products and maximizing their revenue.

While the CtOS is making such connections easier, it’s only matter of time when someone eventually figures out a way to hack into this gigantic network and use it or abuse it for their own selfish purposes. And when this happens, the damage done could be more catastrophic than ever thought of.
This is where it enters the "Watch_Dogs", which is a group of vigilantes who found a way of exploiting this network for good by dealing with criminals where normal law enforcement cannot or aren’t willing do the job.
